Unfortunately, our main logistics supplier, Tuffnells has now 'officially' broke the news that it has gone into administration.

We are in advanced talks with couriers to pick up on the delivery of larger items from ourselves, anything over 100cm in length will be delayed by 2-3 days as it stands while we get set up and switch over to a new provider. Unfortunately we were not notified about the potential of this happening, but rest assured we are working as fast as possible to ensure the best way forward for our customers.

We still havent been notified 'properly' by Tuffnells or a representative, and we are instead relying on Social Media and News Reports to piece together the story as it unfolds. This is typical of how Tuffnells operates, and we look forwards to improving our service with another courier (or couriers) who offer a better, more communicable approach to delivering.

Thank you for your support at this time as we work on a way forward. Customers affected by part or non-delivery will be updated as we know more.

There are talks about collecting goods from depots, depending how feasible this is - we will work with the administrators on delivering our promises.

If you have any questions or queries, email is the best way to contact us at this time.

Quoting Daily Mail;

After being appointed as administrator for Tuffnells, Rick Harrison, managing director at Interpath Advisory, said: 'Unfortunately, the highly competitive nature of the UK parcel delivery market, coupled with significant inflation across the company's fixed-cost base in recent times, has resulted in the company experiencing intense pressure on cashflow.

'Today's news will be particularly devastating for Tuffnells' 2,200 dedicated employees.

'Regrettably, with deliveries suspended and with no prospect of them resuming in the immediate term, we have had to make the majority of staff redundant.

'Our utmost priority will be to provide all those impacted with every support they need in making claims to the Redundancy Payments Office and minimising disruption to customers.

His colleague Howard Smith added: 'Customers are advised that all transport hubs and depots have been closed until further notice.

'Our team will be making contact with customers over the coming days to arrange parcel collection.'
