Delivery times
We aim to deliver in‑stock items within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Made‑to‑order items
Bespoke, powder‑coated, fabricated, and cut‑to‑size products have their own lead times depending on the work involved. We’re happy to provide an estimate.
Large orders
Orders needing specialist haulage usually arrive within 1–5 working days depending on size, weight, and location.
Couriers
We use trusted delivery partners and will choose the most suitable service based on your order.
Free delivery
Free UK mainland delivery is available on fittings‑only orders over £50 (ex VAT), unless part of a special promotion or agreed otherwise.
Your responsibilities
Failed deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or access issues, extra charges may apply.
High‑value orders
To prevent fraud, we may require delivery to the billing address or request ID for high‑value purchases.
Shortages or damage
Please report missing items or visible damage within 7 days of delivery.
Non‑mainland & international
Delivery times and costs may vary. Some items may be restricted from overseas shipping unless agreed beforehand.

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law.
Payments
Our website is SSL secure and card payments are processed by PCI‑compliant providers. We do not store full card details after payment.

Change‑of‑mind returns
You can cancel online or phone orders within 14 days of receiving goods.
Extended returns
We also accept returns of standard off‑the‑shelf items within 28 days, as long as they’re unused and in resaleable condition.

Return postage is your responsibility unless items are faulty or we made a mistake. We can arrange collection for a fee.
Faulty goods

Returns are accepted at our discretion. Custom, made‑to‑order, and cut materials are non‑returnable. Return transport costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Priority
We can offer faster delivery services (Next Day, Pre 12, Pre 10:30, and even Same Day) upon request.
Requested delivery dates
If we agree a date, we’ll do our best to meet it but where third‑party couriers are relied upon, we cannot guarantee delivery and will not be liable for any additional costs caused by late delivery.

All prices are in GBP. VAT applies where required.
Promotions
Offers and deals may change or end at any time.
Discount codes
Codes must be valid at checkout, can’t be added later, and may be cancelled if misused.
Quotes
Phone or email quotes may differ from website prices. Our website offers exclusive, online‑only pricing.
Before dispatch
Orders may be changed or cancelled before they’re sent out. This depends on the order stage and the nature of the amendment or cancellation.
Custom items
Bespoke, powder‑coated, fabricated, and cut‑to‑size orders can only be changed before production starts. If your order has already been made, powder‑coated, fabricated, or cut‑to‑size when an amendment or cancellation is requested, changes may not be possible and the item and cost may be forfeited.
After dispatch
Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled. Returns procedures apply.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that can’t legally be limited.
For business customers, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
