About square key clamp fittings

Square key clamp tube connectors are a versatile, durable and easy-to-assemble alternative to welded or drilled construction. Whether you are building shelving, tables, display frames or bespoke furniture, each joint is made with one allen key, so assembly is quick and a structure is easy to adapt or extend later.

The fittings are made from galvanised steel and malleable cast iron for a long service life, galvanised in line with BS EN ISO 1461 to protect against corrosion indoors and out. Where appearance matters, they can also be powder-coated.

Sizes and components

The range comes in two sizes, 40 × 40mm and 25 × 25mm, with matching galvanised box section tube. Key components include:

  • T pieces and elbows for 90° connections and angle adjustments
  • Footplates for fixing square tube structures to floors, walls or other solid surfaces
  • Cross joints for connecting several tubes at right angles, adding strength and rigidity
  • Straight couplings for joining lengths of square tube in line
