Mesh infill panels are commonly used to infill the gaps in handrailing installations, typically for reasons of protection of high risk areas, to stop climbing, protect from falling and protect the public and personnel.
Generally the mesh will be galvanised, but we can also powdercoat the galvanised panels to suit your application, providing a duplex protection that will increase the already impressive corrosion protection of Zinc Galvanising. This will last many years, with little to no maintenance required.
They are designed to be used with our key clamp system in conjunction with parts 170 and 171 mesh panel clips. The mesh used is typically 2” (50mm) square or 1” (25mm) square, with an 8mm Rod around the outside to provide strength across the panel.
We can also manufacture raked and corner panels to suit.
