It’s testing times for everyone out there.

We face uncertainty every day, with announcements from our government and elsewhere changing the face of life and business as we know it.

So far, we have managed to keep everything running smoothly. Apart from our trade counter being closed, all other areas of the business are operating as normally as possible. We are constantly checking our supply chain, and delivery partners to ensure this is the case.

Tuffnells Deliveries are HEAVILY IMPACTED

We have received information from our delivery partners, Tuffnells are experiencing a HUGE increase in traffic, affecting all deliveries nationwide.

As well as this, their answering time for queries has increased to 48 hours. That means if a part of a parcel is missing/damaged, we wont get an answer on the same day that it is reported. We are trying our best to chase all enquiries with Tuffnells as they come in, and maintain communication with them regarding any issues.
